3 Account Management

3.2 Circumstances Under Which an Account May Be Closed
We may restrict or close your account for the following reasons—
- Conduct that violates our terms and conditions
- Allowing another person to use your account

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposits
Deposit methods available at 123kya are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Payments must come from your own account — deposits from third-party accounts will be declined.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time of request. We will prioritise the same method used for your deposit as the withdrawal method.
Withdrawal conditions—
- We may hold withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
- Withdrawals may be delayed while suspicious transactions are under review
- Attempts to withdraw without having made a deposit will be declined
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. Before you can withdraw funds from this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.

- Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Balance 60,000 Ks → Must wager 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks
- Example 2 — Deposit 320,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 620,000 Ks → Must wager 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- The bonus can only be received once and is limited to one use per player
- If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement after receiving a bonus, the bonus funds will be forfeited
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be removed
- Bonus amounts and bonus wagering requirements may be set differently depending on the game type as announced
5.3 VIP Program
There are 4 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — and your tier advances based on your play history. Maximum weekly cashback is 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. VIP cashback is calculated once per week based on the player's tier and play history.
6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
123kya maintains a fair and transparent environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited—
- Hacking or attempting to manipulate game software
- Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly using more than one account
- Patterns of play that suggest collusion between players in live casino
- Playing with an automated bot or gambling software
- Money laundering or attempting any unlawful financial activity
- Threatening or harassing our staff or other players
Please note that if any of these violations are found, your account will be closed and any remaining balance may be confiscated.
